Don't listen to him, someone bricked using the OOTHax on 10.3. You should be fine with IronHax.

if you installed cias i think you are safe? noone got banned online from using them only those using .3dz or sky3ds who have to put private header

you can reget your eshop games if they get deleted just get back on eshop and redownload them from your account since you paid for them

Clarify more please? Your "brick" is pretty damn strange so some info would be appreciated.

It's a semi-brick, so when you power on the 3DS it gives the error occurred message and tells you to power off and turn the system back on.

I think that you need prees ZL and ZR too. But idk because I haven't N3DS.

i got a semibrick as well ( lost the system settings ) but managed to reinstall 10.3 properly with recovery mode
