It's not safe until the developers have thoroughly tested it and confirmed it's safe.

It's been confirmed safe. Please read the updated OP, which now includes the fact that no one has been permanently bricked from this (that is on O3DS, of course).

i have tried mnuhax and oothax. no i didn't started any app.

Try starting an app, force closing, and then using sysUpdater. That works sometimes, for some reason.

1. sysUpdater belongs to profi200, it was just modified by TuxSH to run as kernel and have proper firmware downgrading.
2. I don't work on KTM
3. Don't forget the instructions for JPN N3DS users.
