I'm wondering about the Start+Select+X thing. I tried it on my 3DS while holding a magnet over the lid sensor, but it doesn't seem to do anything - it just goes to Luma config.

Massive congrats, props and thanks to @SciresM, @Myria, @TuxSH and @Normmatt on this huge achievement!

They went from nothing on December 26 (33c3/ccc), to a full distributable release in just under 6 months.

Gateway will be raging, all that money put into ramping up production, only to be trumped by our community.

inb4 they have a "massive breakthrough" and release by the end of next week...

I do not have a hardmod. Last time I was a pioneer, I bricked and almost didn't get back to a9lh (if it wasn't for Dsiwarehax)

Not to mention that if you upgrade now, you will lose the ability to use decrypt9/godmode9/hourglass9 since .bin payloads are no longer supported (at least until d0k3 updates his stuff or someone makes a brahma payload loader).

I believe godmode9 was updated to support it. The guide has a link to a godmode9.firm
