But it also means we can have true custom FIRMware (not just custom ctrnandware like with a9lh).
I assume it also means that almost any brick (aside from a mcu brick) can now be fixed even without a backup.

Although even if it's the steam deck and a 1TB MicroSD I would still recommend building it yourself.... Almost all the builds I tried just sucked
