My son says that the new gen camaros are ugly and why did they change this body style because he likes it much better than the new body style. This platform has loads of potential. Thanks for sharing.

they’re beautiful cars! And I just love the aesthetic of the body, it still does remind me of the older camaro, just modern. The only thing I don’t like too much were the Gen 6 Taillights, they’re horrible

The typical "Smart Car" like most americans used to call.

Smart Fortwo 0.8 Turbo Charged 45hp Diesel, bought in 2008
I have done over 76000km on him and still holding it strong!
Its fun to drive... but im planning to buy sooner or later a Smart Roadster (aka the Lotus Elise bootleg from Smart xD)

That’s why he hates the car. [emoji38] they do look good. Nothing wrong with retro improved handling and acceleration. I like yours better though. Some times too much is too much. American car makers keep switching it up and end up screwing up a good idea.

Oh man, I never shared a video of my dyno pull from my day at the shop. Listen to the turbo spool :wub::wub::wub:

Tower comes in on the intercom, clear for takeoff, you are a go for takeoff. [emoji2956][emoji2957][emoji41] my car is wayyyy too loud. I wanted a snake because it rattles when cruising and pedal is level. When blowoff happens it’s pretty loud. People walking by on the sidewalk jump. [emoji15] I can’t even drive it like I used to without getting dirty looks from [emoji1986] and they follow me like the plague just looking for the moment. Next time it’s a 4P build, sleeper status.

So, basically, was leaving work (currently a construction site) and was trying to reason with myself whether I could make the hour drive home without taking a leak or not. Years of experience tells me that if you have to ask yourself if you can hold it, you can't hold it.

So go around the back of the building, hit the portajohn, back of the building takes me to an exit that was closed this morning as they repaved the road there. Was still closed. Go to do a k-turn to turn back around rather than move the barricade, and in the process, steering binds up, I give it a little gas thinking it was the drivetrain binding up, which snaps my tie rod ball joint, sends the tie rod end through the wheel, and separates the tire from the wheel.

And before I realized that the tie rod had busted, I thought it was just the tire. So I drop my spare tire only to find out it's flat and dry rotted.

Got it towed to the shop, have to head there tomorrow morning to find out how much it's gonna set me back, ugh. And the kicker is that the parts are literally in my back seat. I haven't had time to install them. I also didn't realize they were THIS bad.

That said... I'm INCREDIBLY fucking fortunate that this happened at 1mph in the parking lot at work, rather than 75mph on the highway on my drive home. Scary to think that just a few hours earlier I had it on the highway at that speed as I drove in.

Also, yeah, hi thread, I also have a pickup truck. 2005 Dodge RAM 2500. It's a beater. It's my daily. It's my dad's old work truck. The Focus is too much of a pain to drive on the regular due to how loud it is. Guess I'll be driving it on the regular now.

My daily driver 2001 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5 v6 (same engine in a 350z) I like this one cause no replacement for displacement

2008 vw Jetta 6 spd inline 5 cylinder 2.5l, this just needs a turbo, engine has a distinct 5 cyl roar that I always enjoy hearing, and makes everyone turn their head cause they haven't hard a 5 cyl

Never had one. Was always more into bikes than cars. Got some new mirrors recently, for my 2006 Aprilia MX 125:
