Short on cap near hdmi port

Hi guys

I have a short on the cap and also on the diode opposite side of hdmi, i removed both, also the port and encoder, but short is still present :/ any ideas where it might be coming from?

so i encountered that same exact issue today. i would recommend checking just below the hdmi port. this small capacitor (circled in purple) i had found shorted. removed and the line cleared afterwards
