My Windows 7 trial is out. My files aren't backed up and I'm afraid to turn my computer off. What do I do?

Back up your files first. Burn them to a CD, get a USB drive, whatever. Just back those things up and then switch to the Windows 7 RC.

You still have a lot of time (a month I believe). But the computer will automatically shut down every two hours as a warning. Backup your files accordingly so you don't lose anything.

You can modify the RC(+) builds to be able to upgrade from beta. I forget the details, but you can even hex edit the ISO and change the minimum build number for upgrades. I went from 6801 to 7127 and had no issues.

Is there anyway to contact Microsoft? I would just want my Vista back. I downloaded a Beta, not thinking, which fucked up my system, and I just want a reliable vista permanent program

My guess is he has the beta, which is due to expire very soon. Surely you have your vista install dvd or system restore disk if you want to go back to Vista.
