Personally I would opt to play sonic with the mute button on (the ones with voice acting at least), but hey, different strokes for different folks.

With mute on isn't as bad as with it off. I mean, the gameplay is well made, but the rest is just...what I would just say is "what ever sonic! Just hurry up and shut up".
