Hacking Seeking help in guessing the firmware of this PS Vita Mega Pack (research in the description)

I'm thinking about buying a PS Vita Heroes Mega Pack (the one with "Worms Revolution Extreme" and other games).

Based on my research, the PCH-2004 version (the one the seller claims to sell) has been released in February 2014 and replaced by the PCH-2016 version around the December of the same year.
Considering that the Mega Pack in question has been launched on mid-November 2014, and that Firmware 3.30 has been released at the beginning of October of the same year, what are my chances that the firmware of the Pack in question is 3.18 (or lower)?
