It doesn't really matter. SDXC cards will be very expensive and you're going to have to wait till around 2019 for a 2TB MicroSD card.

Wait for the 3DS flash carts, when it's needed.

Storage up to 2TB is not necessary yet.

I don't think Supercard, scratch that any flashcard can support SDXC at this moment since most of them are limited to 32gig and honestly I don't see what anyone would even need that for.

The biggest problem with SDXC cards is that they use the exFAT (FAT64) filesystem which nobody except Microsoft knows how to work with. Ok, so there is a highly experimental pre-alpha level FUSE driver which most likely will cause corruption if used for writing (reading is fine). You will see flash carts supporting NTFS before you see SDXC support.
