Hacking SDHC Card Issue

So I bought a 2 pack of HP 4gig SDHC cards model L1878A. Both of the cards are detected by my PC and my Digital Camera. But only one of the cards works with my Wii HBC the other is just comes up blank in my HBC.
Any Insight?

does the card have the correct folder structure?:
x:\apps\\boot.dol

did you remember to put some apps on it????

Try formatting both with the panasonic sd card formatter. Search for it on here or on google.
