Hardware SD/USB to load games, what shall I buy?

I need a 32/64GB USB/SD to load games, so that I format the drive in 2 partition (FAT to load HBs and WBFS to load games). What shall I buy? I have already looked for a 32GB Sandisk SDHC Class 2 (I think it could be a bit slow, isn't it?), and a 32GB Toshiba SDHC Class 4 (of course faster...).

Spend about the same money and get a small 250gb-500gb potable USB would be your best investment to me.
