I have "SD Card too slow" (don't remember exact message) message while recording on photo app and shaking N3DS. I have 128GB mSD. I have no problem when 3DS is not moving. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Can you replicate that with another SD card (a small one of 4Gb for eg.)
Maybe your SD slot is not locking the micro SD properly.

Or the slot isn't tight enough (it has a plastic plate to hold it in place).

I tried with another mSD; still error. I might look into removing the slot.
    My hands are shaky :-/

Just outta curiosity what class are you μSD cards? and if they are good then it may be due to poor mechanical connection.

Are you using emuNAND? If so, that is the sole reason.

That wouldn't explain why it only does this when shaking.

I think I had the same issue on themes on no custom firmware, whenever I shake/dropped my o3DS, the theme would revert to normal.
Once I got CFW and A9LH, I no longer have this issue.
I haven't tested on no custom firmware on n3DS.

Yeah it does. More shaking equals more data to write. A stable video takes less data than a motion filled one.
