I recently got a 128gb micro sd over my 4gb and i've been having issues. Three installed titles i had gave me a black screen with a message 'The SD card was removed' and were just a ? in data management? Also I installed a game and it said my SD was write protected when I tried to save but all my other games besides that one can save perfectly fine? I deleted the titles that were giving me a black screen and I haven't had any other issues since then but I'm wondering what's going on here.

Have you checked the 128GB microSD with h2testw before using it? Sounds like serious data corruption. Maybe a fake card (reporting much more storage than it actually has).

Edit: A little more detail for the troubleshooting:
1) Try to backup the data on the questionable SD.
2) Format it (again) with FAT32.
3) Run the full check with h2testw on the empty card (you may ignore the “System Volume Information” folder that Windows creates on all drives.
3a) If you get any errors, replace the microSD.
3b) If you get no errors, put the data from the old 4GB card on it and try again.
