Hacking save editor with dev mode possible?

with dev mode is this possible? or does it already exists.i know enough that they can be encrypted so its not as easy as early days. thanks for ready also I DO NOT WANT TO CHEAT IN MP if thats even possible as most stuff is server side anyway.

As far as i know its not currently possible on Xbox One
