Hacking Savadatafiler bug, saves broken?

Hello,

I used Gateway Classic Mode and now savadatafiler says all my card1 saves are broken.
They still work in the games however. I'm using a 9.2 3ds with 9.4 emunand.
Is there a way to fix this?
