Hacking SAV files on SCDS1 EOS sp6 sdhc

Ok, I had a save file for pokemon white, it was POKEMO~1.SAV, it worked fine and most of my pokemon were lvl 70 +, then I decide to get the new OS, everything works fine until I start playing games, all of my data in EVERY game was non-existent and I had to restart all over (TWEWY, pkmn HG, pkmn W etc...). Ichanged the name of the save file to the same as the NDS file, still wont work, I put it in the same folder, wont work, what should I do?
I also got this DSO file I dont know what that is. (It's new I suppose)
