ROM Hack SaGa 3 Translation

I put a simple website up for the translation project. This is my first project so it's probably going to take longer to complete then if an experienced group picked it up. As more info becomes available the site will be updated.

The DS translation community is small enough. Throwing insults at them won't make it any bigger.

I thought the SaGa 2 translation was completed?

Crimson Nocturnal released a completed translation patch for SaGa 2. They started a patch for SaGa 3, but who knows what the progress was, or if it will ever be continued.

IIRC, it wasn't fully completed as they were still releasing revisions of it, but yes, you can consider it a "complete" translation.

This is just great, ds still has a lot to look forward to thanks to all these recent projects in the past few months. Up until about April, it seemed like very little was getting done in terms of new plans.

it was a complete translation for saga 2, they had a bug that made the game crash so they released an update to it (2.1) and before it dissolved they were looking if there was any other bug on that patch but nobody reported any bugs on that one and then CN simply dissolved when working on SaGa3, I wish you the best of luck on your translation and if you need any help in translations/proofreading let me know.

We set a release date for our first patch for Friday February 10th, 2012. It will be a menu translation patch with the first hour or so of gameplay.
