I doubt that, fasthax supposedly was only for the N3DS but I managed to get it working on my o3DS.

When the hax finish and stable version come out, Yes!! We don't need to go back to 9.2 anymore.
Although 2.1 still need.

Do I need to downgrade to 9.2 - No, that step should be redundant as we now have ARM9 access on 11.2
