Hacking S2 Error

I have the EZV 3 in 1 Expansion Pack (new3in1 model)) and an R4 III Upgrade Revolution (Latest Firmware 3.12) for the Nintendo DS Lite. When I go into the R4 III Upgrade and attempt to Boot Slot-2 I get an

"Can't find NDS or GBA card in S2. Do you want boot to NDS Mode.....A for Ok and B For Cancel"
