Homebrew RxTools Emunand Help

Hello, I was told to do the following with my 9.5 old 3DS XL and 10.3 new 3DS XL:

I would downgrade both to 9.2 and set up rxtools emunand. Upgrade emunand to latest. If you still need spider browser exploit on 10.5 the browser can be downgraded although you will get update nags. Use hbl.cia to launch homebrew and you will have the option of pirate games via cia files

As of right now, I was able to successfully downgrade my old 3DS XL to 9.2 and able to install Menuhax as well as rxtools. However, I am unfamiliar with EmuNAND, especially with how to use it on rxtools and how to upgrade it to latest. I looked everywhere but could not find a specific guide on this (the ones that existed were not in English). I would like some help on getting this done.
