rxTools is obsolete now, so follow this guide from step one:

Basically, it allows you to cold boot into a CFW or any other supported payload as fast as the system boots up normally, with the addition of being able to ditch emuNAND (it's completely useless), and update to 10.7.

If you've got an emuNAND already set up, continue from Part 4 of that guide.
The terms redNAND and emuNAND are interchangeable for the purposes of completing the guide.

I sometimes have this issue, just replace the build and continue on trying. And trying. And trying.

Just so you know, you can't access Decrypt9 from emuNAND. It's 9.2 sysNAND-only.
