Homebrew Rudolphs 3in1 ds backup

Well, I found this http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=58572 but the 3in1 tool isn't working for me. Whenever I start it it tells me that the expansion pack wasn't found. I guess this is because I have the one with the new chip, but is there any way I could get it to work?

By the way I'm using R4 and the ez 3in1 expansion which work with GBAexploader 0.57.
