Just update than downgrade back to 3.2 and you will have the ios 60/61 and new shop , thats what i did works perfect.
Make sure you have Cios249 and HBC on before update.

will be easy made a IOS 60 and 61 installer as like tona shop, tona IOS 51 installer etc
