Ehhh, I can't find any tools, the only tools I could find are ones to decompress the files in the ROM besides that I don't know where the text is even stored.

You seriously didn't think it'll be as easy as open the rom in a tool and it'll ask you to translate said text to English hahaha.

You need to understand how the game fetches the text from the ingame files.

I honestly thought it would use standard nitro file types.

Admittedly its not as good as the ps1 version imo. Map creation kinda sucks but atleast you can see for yourself now. Enjoy
