Could someone please give some advice on which resistors are needed for the zero . I have some 0802 100R resistors at hand that are marked with 1000 will these work? Im a little confused by he markings on them , is 100R same as 1000 or 100? I did read through a few posts and see that 47ohm resisters are marked 470 from other peoples images so 1000 should be 100ohms and should work? or am i completely off.

Appreciate any help.

If present, the R marks the decimal point, so 100R is 100.0 ohm.

Otherwise, the last digit is a power of ten for all the previous digits, this is why a 470 marking is 47 x 10^0 = 47 x 1 = 47 ohm.
The same way, a marking of 1000 is 100 x 10^0 = 100 x 1 = 100 ohm.

So both 100R and 1000 markings stand for 100 ohm.

Here's a handy guide.

Thankyou for your reply , this confirms they are indeed 100ohms , can these then be used in place of the 47ohm or will i still need 47ohm also? I remember reading somewhere 100 are now preferred ?

With the RP2040 Zero, 100 should be fine for DAT0 and CMD, but you still need 47 for the CLK line. Make sure to check the Picofly guide if you haven't yet.
Perfect thankyou! , ill get some 47ohms to finish the install then :)

So this would be correct?
