Hacking Rookie, please help: how to transfer files from pc to console

Hello,

My game file of zelda wind waker was lost, nearly 90% of the way through the game . Rather than trying to play through again I've found a save file that's close to where I left off. Problem is that I've learned the Wii speaks a different language than pc.

Can anyone point me to a guide detailing how to get information from the pc to the Wii u?

Thank you, I found this but don't know what any of it means.

Is there a layman's guide around on how to get this done. I'm not a programmer and feel all of the language in the post and Github is for a programmer. Is this even possible for a newbie like me?
