Yea, I got the key card a while back, I'm not sure what you mean by the cooler nearby. Sounds like the area I already did, I beat some 'twin' boss. After that I went back to ACDC town (or whatever it is called) and open a car where a kid came rolling back out. I then returned to the red door and there was a short extended conversation (not anymore though).

I think you jack back into the cooler which by i mean the place where you went to jack in before and the girl talks to you, and you should have got a handle prgram from the guy in the car, go to the faucet and put it on, i THINK thats where you are
