Hacking Rock Band : Green Day freezes at MTV logo

I have installed IOS56-64-5405 (heard this will help) and tried to load the game using CFG Uloader (v57) but the game froze at the MTV logo.
The setting I use in CFG Uloader is as below
Default language : English
Country fix : yes
IOS using to load the game : 223

I have also installed CIOS rev 19 and have no problem loading Guitar Hero (3 & 5) and Rock Band (2 and Lego ; Beatles - but the menu is not properly displayed)

If anyone could load this game, please tell me how.
