RawkSD can do that (it can rip tracks from a lot of GH or RB game images).
And the individual tracks are most likely for sale in the shop. I don't think they can be gotten for free if you got the original RB, though.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
