Gaming Ripping videos from disc

I've got a couple of games that I want to rip the videos from instead of downloading them off a website.
Would there be some sort of software to do this?

With the introduction of homebrew came the return of iso manipulation tools for 360 games, same idea as every other console: many video formats including highly custom ones exist although as usual having a copy of http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm is a good idea.

I couldn't find anything on them two website's :/
I read somewhere that there is protection on the discs so that the PC can't see the files

Use IMGBurn, To rip ISO's from disc, Used it for Mario kart Wii yesterday, Works great
