Hacking Ripping GBA Saves with DSTwo

I am looking to get a flash cart, and was considering the DSTwo for it's GBA emulation. I would like to know if it had the option to rip game saves. On my Emerald, I have a bunch of secret bases from old friends that would be awesome to archive (also, I don't have access to an Action Replay anymore, and I can't fight one of the trainers in a secret base because he's trapped behind a bunch of items - I could then battle with a WTW cheat when I play that save on an emulator). I was wondering if I could use my DS Phat and rip a GBA save file with the DSTwo.

There are tools that run on any DS flashcart that allow you to rip a save from a GBA game.. Here's one: http://filetrip.net/...-021-f3228.html
