the region free on a NTSC console i cannot be sure on but in theory if should work, however in practive, and as i fink it was Jizmo was talkin about the other day...NTSC consoles our designed to handle 1 type of output and one type of TV if you like.

where as PAL console has to deal with all kinds of outputs, scans, refresh rates yadda yadda...

can someone witha NTSC test this for us...i need a definitive answer, i know the rest of the pack is 100%, its simply the NTSC region free i cant confirm

ok here's the deal with fireeater:

can't access system menu
can't boot HBC
can't boot any DOLs through preloader(ARC,HBC,Preloader installer)

but he still has preloader with no hacks.ini

any ideas or do we have the 1st official riiski-brick

Does he have a dancepad or gcpad so he can boot zelda or wadmanager autoboot.

I would expect if preloader still loads then the Starfall recovery mode is still intact, and if cioscorp is installed he should be able to boot autoboot wad manager through recovery mode.

Sorry mate cios didnt fix it after all, now some of my originals dont even work, but every game still works fine with my chip.

Unfortunately i dont have a chip.Has anyone else experienced this disc not being read problem? Ive now got 3 working games.

When I run the TP-Hack it appears that .wad03 fails and I don't get the hbc I only get the cIOS Disk Dumper on the main menu.

Can I just download and install the latest version of the HBC?

Did you install Korean disc support? Correct answer would be no.

Do they work if you try via loading via gamma, can't tell if you tried this already?

Have you been using backup loader prior to gamma? Could be if you started with 0.1 that some of your discs are decrypted and you can't load them via disc channel with Riiski, but this would not explain why your originals won't work.

Is it a region problem? Region hacks enabled in preloader? Afraid I have no idea on messing with region, I only play games from my region.

Just been trying loading through gamma.I seem to be able to load the same discs i can load through the disc channel.

Yes.ive used loaders since waninkoko 0.1.The discs im trying are not decrypted and all my originals work.

I also only use in region games.

Thinking about it now it maybe my laser is on its way out.But im not sure.I do have a release model so maybe thats the case.
