Do you have preloader? Turn on your Wii and press the reset button.

If preloader pops up then just install your firmware in any region changer again.

If it doesnt then try plugging in a GC controller in the first port and press y and see if starfall still works (if you have it) If that works, pop in zelda and reinstall HBC.

If you don't have starfall or zelda but you have cioscorp, burn an autoboot disc of wadmanager and install a system menu .wad of your region.

If none of those work, just goto the retailer you bought your wii from and tell them it cant read discs. Then get a full refund or exchange it for another one.

24) Select all hacks that you'd like (Recommended: All), and do all of same-name hacks

take the "hacks.ini" in the zip file for RiiskiMod and put it at the root of your sd card and install preloader again

In the Riiskii mod pack there is a file called hacks.ini, thats supposed be in the root of your SD card.

When in preloader, goto settings and then goto system hacks and then enable all of them.

are they are the "version=289 hacks" for all of them(meaning you opened up hacks.ini on your computer and erased all of the "version=290 hacks" leaving only the 289 hacks... if i were you i'd use the tool to remove preloader hacks and re-install the hacks again

upgrade to 3.3 or 3.4 then start over with RiiskiMod Guide
