NEED HELP PLEASSEE

Loosing my mind rn, I tried to move my stuff from my sd to another and now everything is messed up, currently am unable to boot in to emummc (what I mainly want to go in) sysmmc cfw or the others, (pics below of my issues, says the same error for all the launches), re downloaded atmosphere and hekate, am on version 22.5.0. Please for the love of god iv been trying to fix this for three days

File based emuMMC or partition based? If partition based you can't simply copy/paste to a different card. If it's file based, it appears you may need to update hekate for your payload launcher.
