This is the Homebrew Mail Patcher on your Wii itself! It will patch the nwc24msg.cfg file for you automatically.
Requirements:

• Internet connection on Wii

Download Mail-Patcher.v1.2.zip only, the source code files are for developers only.
Unzip and put the on your SD card's apps folder.

Changelog:

• New UI. Now has some troubleshooting info on screen so you don't have to contact support to solve issues.
