Hacking Ridger Racer DS Multiplayer not work with G6?

My brother got a G6 Lite as a birthday gift from me, now we played all kinds of different Muliplayer games without any trouble, but Ridger Racer DS keeps crashing when it goes into the Race. (Multicard Mode)

2x G6 Lite, 2x NDS Lite, same firmware, same flashmethod, but it crash right after the game wants to show the race, it looks like it cant load the graphics because you can see a tiny bit of the game after it crash.

For one time after around 10 tries we actually got into the race and it worked lol, very strange...
