Ever wonder what would happen if you connected a generation-1 Gameboy to a NES cart? The RetroVision does just that, allowing Gameboy games to be played on a NES or NES Clone (FC Twin, NEX, and Retro Duo clones). All of the peripheral ports are still accessible, meaning you can hook up the Gameboy printer and camera as well as use the headphone jack. The cart features a Ciclone multi region lockout chip thus providing support for NTSC, PAL A/B, and Asian Systems. If you haven't heard of this before head over to the source page and check it out.

I don't really see the point. Game Boy emulation is on everything, it's perfect on my PS3. What I'd love to see is a drag on drop mico sd Game Boy cart. If they really wanted to do something cool that would be it.

Interesting from a "cool device bro" kinda way, but utterly pointless in a world that already has Gameboy Players out there. Not to mention Super Gameboy.

yep gameboy player on the gamecube, plus you have emulation on every current console too.

Yes the Super GameBoy is much cheaper. So is the GameBoy Player for GameCube. If you think pointing that out is somehow clever, you are missing the whole point!
i see it more as he wanted a challenge and now it exists. buy it or don't but it's still a really cool toy.

These came out 4 or so months ago. They have been out of production for months...

Did he decide to make more?

There was some available two weeks ago, but he produce them only in very small batches, like 5-10 per batch then it's sold out for a little while.

This thing still doesn't support sound directly to the television, right?

According to the site, not unless you have some mod done to the NES.

Remember when I said I did know when there was some in stock? That's because I was here at the right time, and I bought one!

Yes this thing is made of pure electronic pr0n, and the back look scary with all those wire going everywhere (well actually it's just the rewiring of the video signal mostly).

It works on FC Mobile II, yes it's stupid to play gameboy on an handheld nes playing gameboy... but still great.
