Is N64 and ps1 100% full speed playable? I'm using switch 5.1 software version, fat32 200 GB sdcard, and I get 85% fine speed in N64, with bad sound (slow) and can't load ps1 games., Is there a tutorial or configuration /settings guide to improve this?

PSX is faster than N64 at the moment. Turn on Threaded Video and Threaded Audio for a big speed increase. Also use PSX bios.

I added throttled video, I use the only psone core that retroarch offers me... I'll look for that throttled audio....and about that psx bios, do I have to manually add it? What folder

Can't find threaten audio in audio menus

What a pitty. The next thing you are telling me - probably - is, that you cant find all the directory paths under the settings tab/directory either.

(To answer your immediate question: Try settings tab/driver)

Also out of interest, what did you have for breakfast this morning? Was it good? Will you have it again? I all of a sudden have taken an immense interest in what you have learned - from minute to minute today. With the help of your anonymous internet friends. Who tell you most of the stuff you end up knowing. One short support request at a time. (Dont worry, just bickering... #stillnotafreakingcallcenter #startbyreading #thinkingiswaycool)

I installed RetroArch today and didn't like it a bit because of resolution and picture quality .After using RetroNX and clean and HD(In my eyes )I can't return to RetroArch . RetroNX Giving us kind of remaster picture and sound quality , so please keep this emulator for switch .

For the latest build check on the start page of this thread (Latest Nightly).
For your issues.. Clean install and then mess around with the the Shaders if it does not look good enough for you.
I don't know if you are trying to troll anyone, but RetroNX and Retroarch looks exactly the same.
If I turn on xBRz Freescale shader in Retroarch everything upscales nicely.

Do we have a video where we can see the performance of this 2 emulations?

Thanks in advance

There are NOT two different emulators. RetroNX is 100% RetroArch. They perform identically because they are the SAME CODE. The only difference is the name and some additional features added in RetroArch (like achievements and the core downloader). Anybody who is claiming one performs differently from the other has a messed up configuration file, no exceptions.

Well first of all their "CFW" is full of stolen code they refuse to credit. There's a difference between forking and claiming authorship, Rei has consistently done the latter. Rei's CFW Guide also tells users to use exfat for their SD cards and I spend hours daily walking people through their issues only to find out they are using exfat and have severe corruption.

I don't wanna hear cries of "But I haven't had issues with exfat," it's a known issue and literally every dev in the scene will tell you so (other than Rei). Even Kosmos makes sure to warn you about exfat.

I was looking for seeing the performance of a basic emulation of the N64 in the Switch, with the latest version of the emulator because I can't find it in Youtube nor in other places...

Tnx for your reply but you gotta see it for youself RetroNX has much better audio and video qulity , difference is between around 360P and 720P . I have both of them and compared two of them side by side
