THIS WAS NOT PORTED BY ME. IT WAS PORTED BY MX4W ON R/SWITCHAXING. original link

"I don't provide any support.

Only tested on 5.0.2. Latest libtransistor.

Don't get scared when the audio spikes right after loading a game. Only tested Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
(I tested Super Mario World, it runs at full speed with no glitches as far as I can see.)

Stuff might work... or not.

Download (MEGA)

just in case you hate mega like me

Seems playable so far!"

Place ROMS anywhere on SD card, since RetroArch can browse through it.
5.0.2 is confirmed to be working, and I'm guessing all of 5.x works as well.

Bugs:
Saving doesn't work. Quick fix: Before you exit your game, make a save state. Load the state the next time you play. After around 20-30 seconds, your state will load and you'll be right where you left off. (Only tested on Super Mario World.)
Doesn't work on any 4.x firmware. (I'm guessing it's all of 4.x.)

Try and test it. I'm on 5.0.2, so I can't really know. I'm assuming it will since it works on 5.x, but my assumptions are always wrong :P

If it does not work on 4.1.0 which I will test in a moment then can you possibly work on making it also compatible with 4.1.0?

Would be greatly appreciated.

Also will be testing on my 5.0.2 switch and 4.1.0 switch soon.

I'm not the one who ported it. I have very little knowledge in any of this, but if it was as easy as compiling the switch port of this emulator using libtransistor, I might look into it.

My bad I remember reading that in the OP

I got someone possibly looking into 4.1.0 compatability BUT it depends.

Did not check but if the original link in OP is source that would help.

If not do you have a source link?

Here's the source to Snes9x2010, which is what the core is. (https://github.com/libretro/snes9x2010)
It looks like you might need to do a bit to get this to work with something like LibNX that supports 4.x.

@jakibaki able to lend a hand bringing 4.1.0 support to this project.

Would be greatly appreciated with the work you do.

I would really like to see someone expand on this as well. (jakibaki is good at implementing save features like he did on his ports)

Nice work, but why would you hate Mega?
