Can we hope for CPS3-FBA core ?yeah I know that workaround, but no need to make it necessary unless the extra memory is actually needed, which is only the case with the neogeo/cps2 cores currently.

I wonder... is it as easy to get CPP on O3DS running too or is it out of our reach by now?
Download the newest build. You're using an old one.So things like catsfc and gsps when you walk down or sideways, the sides look like they have tears on the screen
Does it really make sense to concentrate on the c-stick support if pcsx is the only emulator that has an advantage by the c-stick? I mean ...doesn't make it more sense to focus your energy on the stability of the emulator firstly to run the games with decent speed? ...and then optimize things like the c-stick control?
I've no idea of programming and much respect. I just want to understand your workflow/priorities.
Is there a translation patch for it? First Fear wasn't released in English as far as I know.Currently only the clock tower: first fear has full speed on o3ds

Those are not the same games. Clock Tower: The First Fear is the enhanced version of Clock Tower SNES. Our PS1 Clock Tower is Japan's Clock Tower 2.That's because we know it as only "Clock Tower" for PlayStation.

No.would having more space on my MicroSD card make games run a little smoother?

Yes. http://wiki.libretro.com/index.php?title=PCSX_ReARMed#BIOSCan't find anything on it do we need to hunt down the bios for the core we want to use? Ex. The psx bios for psx emu.
A bunch of changes were made on the GitHub.Something drastically changed on Picodrive today as reported, and it's not just the .3dsx build. I was getting 30fps in Sonic before on my O3DS, now it goes between 50 - 60fps when using both .3dsx and .cia as well. What exactly changed?
