That's awesome. I missed those changes completely. For the CIA builds, aliaspider enabled the 32x/SVP dynamic recompilers, and also enabled (regular, as in GCC) compiler optimisations, so the latter is probably why you're seeing a boost, since Sonic (assuming you mean Sonic 1, 2, or 3, and not any of the 32x games) doesn't use the 32x.

So would games run better?Yes, it has poor compatibility without a bios.
IDK. Look it up. I know SimCity 2000 only runs with a bios.So would games run better?
Only .3dsx versions are affected by this problem? I was looking to buy one Circle Pad Pro to use with the .cia PCSX emulator...I don't think anyone's gotten the Circle Pad Pro to work with ctrulib (the main homebrew library for the 3DS) yet, unfortunately.

Nope. The IR blaster isn't available to homebrew yet.Only .3dsx versions are affected by this problem? I was looking to buy one Circle Pad Pro to use with the .cia PCSX emulator...
What?Is there a way to connect a controller in the USB port of the 3DS to play in 2 players games?

That's not a USB port. The back one, is usb port or just for charging?
It's used for the Circle Pad Pro and for charging, but if the Circle Pad Pro doesn't even work with homebrew and emulators, imagine an external controller. The back one, is usb port or just for charging?
Ah ok thanksIt's used for the Circle Pad Pro and for charging, but if the Circle Pad Pro doesn't even work, imagine an external controller.
The CCP uses the IR sensor. Not the port in the back. It's used for the Circle Pad Pro and for charging, but if the Circle Pad Pro doesn't even work with homebrew and emulators in general, imagine an external controller.
New improvements that you're talking about was implemented on all Retroarch ports or which of them?
Wow, I didn't know about that (Nintendo is a genius when creating accessories, or not), thanks! The CCP uses the IR sensor. Not the port in the back.
