Hey all I'mstill new to the switch scene but I recently placed myself in the position to emulate on my switch. I missed playing Spyro in it's original looks and ape escape! I Was able to get the analogs to sort of work in ape escape (camera is just so bad in that game) but I cant quite get Spyro to register my right analog stick. I have been tampering with settings all day and have been switching settings in and out, I just cant get it and it's upsetting. Any suggestions on getting it to register as an analog controller? (it is set to dualshock in settings)

If I recall correctly, the first Spyro does not have a second analog support. It's not a problem with retroarch, you wouldn't be able to use it in the PS1 either.

However you could try mapping L1 and R1 to the right analog stick in retrorach.
