The PS2 port was a JP and PAL only though. Only the Xbox version made it to the states.

No offense intended, but why is everyone dying to play SVC Chaos? It's arguably the worst of the 3 SNK vs Capcom titles, and there is a reason it's rarely played in tourneys anymore. It simply wasn't very good from a gameplay standpoint, imo. I'd MUCH rather see Matrimelee and Rage of the Dragons.

yea its easily the worst of the 3. but i still enjoyed playing it a lot. would be nice to have on the wii... and yea rage of the dragons would also be nice! :D

Anyone know if the new update to the SNES core supports 240p? I have a compiled older version that does but was wondering if this new one does and if I should replace it....Thank you for anyone that can let me know.

i'm still amazed that i can play cps1(2) games on my wii.

today i put my lcd tv on its side and played donpachi with my arcade joystick.

^ Just wanted to say thank you to the makers of this awesome emulator. Also anyone here care to make a list of your favorite Arcade games that you recommend which work off this emulator? So far I can recommend The Simpsons, TMNT Turtles in Time, Donpachi and I tried Wrestlefest but no luck on that since the graphics are garbled like someone else mentioned. I am sure some of you may mention some great ones that I and others have overlooked. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help with this.

Also curios if the MK's would ever work on this possibly? Specifically MK 1,2,3 and UMK3?

A list is available:

Also, Libretroarch mentioned this about MKs and MAME 0.72 on Wii:

You'd probably be fascinated to know that CPS2 now works at full speed and sound on the DS.

Thank you ! I appreciate the link!

just wanted to add... after playing a few neo geo games which I do not have (I own a frontloader neo geo cd) This emulator rocks! I always wanted to have and play Street fighter 2 (arcade) because it just looked much better than the SNES port.

LibretroRetroArc, you mentioned that you are working to make MK1-3 possible on the Wii. I am not an expert but what are the chances for Killer Instinct?

SF2, MK1-3 and KI were the fighting games which I loved most in the 90s. They were ported on the SNES but the grafics weren´t that good like in the arcades.

is there a .wad forwarder or channel available for retroarch?

I have to second Steveroo, is there a wad forwarder for Retroarch on the Wii? I'm looking all over the place and I can't find one. It'd be great if the forwarder is able to forward to 3TB drives as well.
