Request: Remove FXAA from Red Dead Redemption

I'd prefer to have this effect removed from RDR1, because it just simply makes the game blurry. I don't think the advantages outweigh the benefits here. I looked into trying to remove it myself but I don't have the technical skills to do it. Can someone either show me how to find it through the hex files, or make a simple .ips mod?
