Request: Non-English Playability Index

I was wondering what the moderators thought about adding a "Playability Index" rating to non-English language games?
This rating would tell individuals how playable a game is even though it is not in English. I'm sure a 0 - 100 index would work fine.
It would be sad to have someone miss out on a game that was somewhat or very playable just because they assumed it was
unplayable due to being in another language (I'm sure Japanese will be the biggest language about which we are concerned here).

It could replace the Staff Notes, which is never used, I suppose.
However, the best way to find out if a game is playable or not is to just play it. Also, I don't see why you can't just discuss it inside the ROM's topic.
