ROM Hack [Req] GBA Forwarder instead of GBA VC inject

using gba vc inject allows user to make a legit looking gba vc game.

but for those gba games that uses 128kb save, like pokemon RSE FRLG, pokemon red rescue team, mother, etc.
there are some issues regarding saving such as save error, save message error, not saving, delayed rtc.

some of those problem are being solved by patching, but some errors still remain.
and because of the patch, save file will not be compatible on unpached rom once extrected and being played on emulator.

injecting and extracting save from gba vc is also hassle.
there is a save conversion on one game too (pokemon emerald only) but lets admit is hassle.

how bout if someona can make a gba forwarder, where in the gba games are located on sd card, loaded by a modifiable cia (cia that we can set its own title id and detect an specific gba game on sd).
and save file are bieng saved same location as gba.

theres already SNES forwarder using retroarch (credits to Asdolo)
theres already GEN-MD forwarder using retroarch (credits to Asdolo)
theres also NDS forwarder (but it loads the game on the SD of the flashcart) (credits to Robs8)

i hope its also possible for GBA games for a hassle free experience.

Couldn't you just install a emulator as a cia thus allowing more games to be compatible.

but its much better if we have a separate loadere for each game accessible to homemenu, for example, a cia that is set to run mother and another cia that set to run pokemon fire red.
