Hacking REQ: Clean Rom Browser

Hello everyone, I'm trying to get internet browser working on my ds. I have R4 with 3in1 expansion pack.
I read a faq somewhere that you could patch the European Clean Rom Browser to work as an internet browser.
I was wondering if thats true and if someone could provide a link to where to dl the Clean Rom Browser it would be very much appreciated.
