Hi,
When I play this game I can't bear the synthesized BGM, that's why I decided to replace it with the orchestral version, but I didn't work.
Firstly I went to see the game data and I found the BGM doc which contained all the music of the game in g1l file,I took for example the 24th (Wagon Wheels' March, from Dragon Quest IV) and I renamed the file extension in kvs and I converted it to ogg format using KVS2OGG, and I was able to listen to the sythetized music of the game, so that's done, but when I wanted to do the opposite with the orchestral music, it didn't work, I will tell you how I did:
I took the orchestral version of the music in ogg format, I converted it to kvs using KVS2OGG and then I renamed the file extension to g1l and made it into the game data , and when I started the game, there was no music, nothing...
When I bring the original file back (the synthesized BGM) the music is back in game.
Please tell me that it'is possible, I do not want to play with sythetized music!
Thank you.
