kk here is the channel animation for the old super mario bros remake
theres still a small problem of replacing it in a iso without it bricking the system menu

but it works great as a wad

I'm reposting this link here for the underwater music. Currently you guys only have 1 choice for the underwater theme (the one from brawl), which doesn't sound too great (well, the orchestrated portion does, but the banjo part is just wacky).

yay i got the disc channel anim fully working so here it is old super mario disc channel anim

test this in sneek and had no bricks

just waiting for the official title pic to be chosen

Hey guys does anyone have any idea how we can make the game use a different save game.
So that it doesn't use the NSMBW one. I tried changing the game id but it still uses the same save.

The last post on this thread http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=145316 says "You need to change the ID in the Ticket for it to use a different save slot."
But I haven't figured out a way to do that yet.
Any ideas?

use the partition bin editor. the tool from theGhost only works for guitar hero games IIRC.

Editing of all the Super Mario Bros Worlds is now complete and ready for testing. Get the latest version of the levels from the Original SMB forum. Some levels require modified tilesets to be installed otherwise you may experience glitches or a black screen (these will be included in the official release). Make sure you read the editors note in the forum for the level first if you have problems. Please report any bugs or inconsistencies in the thread for the corresponding level on the originalsmbw forum. Thanks.

So i was trying to test all the levels and i ran into a problem...i decided to start with the first original 4 worlds and exchange them with the first 2 worlds of NSMBW...and it boots up but after i click to play with only one player i get a black screen...any ideas why this is occurring?..this only seems to happen after replacing the second half of the levels of world 2
